People can't predict what might happen to you in particular. However, there are statistical likelihoods. I will go into that, and then apply them to what might be your situation.
It is good that you are among the women who are becoming aware of the dangers of abortion.
The statistics show that after three surgical abortions, half the women will never conceive again. The medical abortion hasn't been used long enough to have this kind of statistics for it. Basically, we have a population of guinea pigs. Nobody knows what effect it will have on future fertility.
