Misoprostol and Methergine Use in Early Pregnancy: Seeking Medical Advice

i'm from the philippines. when my grilfriend was around 7 weeks pregnant she took at least 25 tabs of MISOPROSTOL 200mcg in different routes. some where intra-vaginal, some were taken by mouth and intra-vaginal at the same time, some by sublingual. no cramping or bleeding occurred after a few days. a friend advised us to take METHERGINE instead. so she took some, 1 tablet 125 mcg 3x/ day for 5 days, then waited for a couple of days. two days after, that is today, there are no signs of cramping or bleeding still. what shall we do now? are we still going to wait? please help us. it's illegal to have an abortion here in our country. thank you. we'd appreciate it alot if you answer this email. thank you again.

The main concern is how do you know she is 7 weeks pregnant?  Did she get an ultrasound?  What date was the ultrasound? Did she ever take misoprostol 200 mcg 4 tabs by vagina? If so, how many times did she do this?
