There are people who had over 10 abortions and still get pregnant again.

if you want children, why did you have 3 abortions ?
No doc will be helpfull if you do not try to get pregnant for at least
two years. Have sex on the days that there is chance to conceive: day 10 to 15
of your menstrual cyclus.
If your husband takes another wife because you get no children he is not worth you.
Worrying does not help you at all.
Try, try again.
