she should take 200mcg mifepristone or 400mcg misoprostol or just wait? advice us.
ANSWER: Dear Rajib,
Patience will help you. Did you get misoprostol as well ?
Normally itis mifepriston at day one, and misoprostol at day 3.
With a very young pregnancy bleeding will not be so heavy.
keep me posted please.

QUESTION: Thank you sir for your advice.
well, she took 2 misoprostols on 30th march.
wat to do next? advice us.
ANSWER: hi Rajib,
this is very strange as after mifepristone there is ALWAYS a bleeding. Perhaps the mife
was fake. As these pills are expensive a lot of fake ones are put in the market.
As your partners pregnancy was very young there will not be many symptoms.
Perhaps the pregtest was false positive. This also happens.
I would suggest to do nothing but have a pregtest done in 3weeks from now.
If your partner really feels pregnant - swollen breasts , tired all day... -
an ultrasound could be made.
Keep me posted please,

QUESTION: hello sir,
may be you are right. she may have taken fake mife. since her last period occured two months ago, so we are tensed.
well, her symptoms are: drowsiness, dizziness, nipples are paining on touching, body ache, tiredness, no stomach ache(now), slightly swollen nipples. so, is she preg?
i'm afraid that waiting 3 weeks is too long and may be too late to abort by pills then. plz reply.....
once again thanks a lot for giving us time.
Rajib
AnswerHi Rajib again,
So I agree, she is pregnant. If you want to know how to induce an abortion with misoprostol only
visit the site: http://www.womenonwaves.org/set-274-en.html
You are right that waiting for three weeks is not a good idea as the best time or the induction
is passed than.
Succes !
Keep me posted about what happens.
Bye for now,
Dr Shan
