Answer
Hello, asma,

You are really tying my hands behind my back. This is an expression that I feel that you are keeping me from really helping you. You say you can't go to the doctor, but you want me to provide answers. I cannot tell you what is causing your rash and swelling over the internet, and neither can anybody else. Obviously, that kind of bleeding is dangerous, especially when it continues for so long.

You should try to get some red hot peppers into your body, either by eating foods that have peppers in them, or by taking cayenne, which is a nutritional supplement. This may help with the bleeding. Do this on a regular basis until the bleeding is under control. A doctor can also give you medication that will help.

Rashes are often caused by allergy. You may be allergic to the pads, since you have been using a lot of them. You may have developed an allergy because of medication you have been given. But they need to test for allergy to find out for sure. Also, you might have an infection.

You need to figure out how to get to a doctor. You are asking for your body to develop a more serious condition if you don't. Delay in needed medical care is never a good idea. Let me know if you are unable to find a doctor you can trust. The person who provided the MVA cannot be trusted, and that may well be why you don't feel you can go to the doctor. But there are other doctors who are ethical and have sound medical judgment. If you are unable to find a doctor, you can ask at a local Christian church for a recommendation. Do not be afraid of the people; they are people of the book. They will not hurt you.

I hope this helps, but really, you need to see someone face to face, who can examine you and run tests. I can't do that, so I can't provide the kind of answers you are seeking.

Please take care. Let me know how you do.
