ANSWER: Hello, jenny ann,

I don't have to tell you that this kind of bleeding is very dangerous. It doesn't matter whether you had a pill abortion or a surgical abortion. But that kind of bleeding is more common after a pill abortion. After a surgical abortion, it may mean an injury which is more severe than normal, such as perforation of the uterus. It doesn't necessarily have to mean that something was left inside you.

If at all possible, get some cayenne into your body. That's red hot peppers. You can get it as a supplement, or eat it in food. And get immediate medical attention.

It's the middle of the night. If you can get someone to take you to the emergency room, that might be very, very wise. Because of the urgency of the situation, I will keep this short and we can talk more later. I will say a prayer for you. Please let me know what happens. Take care.

QUESTION: i had a check up during that night that i almost fainted..unfortunately,no OB Gyne was there..there was a doctor who told me to take tranexamic acid and ferrous sulfate.i wasn't confined..she just told me to return to the hospital when the bleeding still persist..luckily,the bleeding and the masses of blood subsided the next day..it turned out likely just an ordinary menstruation..there was a day that no bleeding happened..but most of the time,it is there..s0meb0dy who had a miscarriage experience told me to have a pregnancy test, yet it was negative..she told me to take Metergin..until now there is bleeding but not as worse as that of my third day..i wasn't able to seek a follow up consultation..i'm so thankful to GOD that i'm still alive..i'm hoping to be safe and fine as days go by..anyway,can i just take an ordinary hot pepper available instead of cayenne powder?thank you so much for your time and answer..godbless you!

ANSWER: Hello, jenny ann,

I am also thankful you are still alive. Praise God! An "ordinary menstruation" shouldn't be so heavy it threatens your life. Normally, you would put a hot pepper into food. There are a number of different varieties that contain cayenne. If you're not used to the heat, then after you eat the food, drink some tomato juice, if you can. It will cool the heat. God bless you, too. Keep in touch and let me know how you do. Above all, take care of yourself and don't take any more chances with your life. Don't take toxic pills. Stay safe!

QUESTION: hello ma'am..sorry if i've been out for some time..i'm already doing good after those scary moments in my life..i'm very much thankful to god that the bleeding stopped and that i am safe..i really do..now,i'm getting fearful again..my menstruation period is approaching..it may happen tomorrow..does it have any possibility that there will be another bleeding since my problem happened amidst my last menstruation?i hope to hear from you and again, thank you so much..

Answer
Hello, jenny ann,

It is very good to hear from you again.

There is so much we really don't know about the female reproductive system. The first thing that popped into my mind reading your message is that I know the fear you are speaking of. I have experienced it many times myself. The period always poses a risk of excessive bleeding, especially if a person has a history of it. As I should have explained before, the pills stop the hormones that control a woman's bleeding. We simply don't know the long term consequences of upsetting a woman's hormonal balance in that way. There are conditions, such as adenomyosis, that can cause this kind of bleeding, and the only treatment that works is hysterectomy. Adenomyosis is one of several conditions that can cause this kind of bleeding. In this condition, the lining tissue of the uterus invades the muscle tissue. Can these pills cause this to begin to happen? It's a distinct possibility.

Start with the cayenne again, if you haven't been taking it. Do that right away. If the bleeding is too heavy, again, go to the emergency room. Obviously, the most they'll do is give you more pills to control the bleeding, and won't bother to try to find out why there is a problem. If you do have excessive bleeding, you need to be checked out thoroughly by a doctor. He needs to determine whether you have such a condition. A woman can live with this condition for years, but there is always a danger. Eventually, it could reach a point where it simply isn't possible to live a normal life. So the sooner you find out what is going on, the better.

If, on the other hand, you don't experience heavy bleeding, you can see how things go over the next several months.

I noticed that you said they gave you some iron. They're trying to prevent anemia. The problem is that most of those compounds are actually toxic, and if you get too much, they can cause problems. It would be better to get iron from foods that are rich in iron. Most of those compounds are little better than rock, because they're not organic, and since we're not plants, we can't utilize them. We can talk more about that if need be.

Please let me know how you do. Take care.
