my periods are not coming. its already 15 days up and periods haven't come.

If you are not pregnant, what would the MT PROST kit do for you? These are powerful and poisonous drugs. They are not safe for a woman who might be pregnant, to take, because they can kill a woman, either through bleeding to death, or through toxic shock syndrome. Please do not take these pills. It is especially foolish to take them if you aren't even pregnant! The company that sells these kits don't care if they kill women. They just want to make money.
If you have a negative pregnancy test 15 days after your period should have started, it is very unlikely you are pregnant. There are other reasons a woman might miss a period. One reason is stress. If you are stressed out about possibly being pregnant, that could be enough to cause you to miss a period. Also, if you are exercising excessively, that could cause it. Also, dietary deficiency can cause it. If you are a vegetarian, you could eventually stop having periods. You need some of the nutrients from animal sources to make the necessary hormones. These include eggs, milk and cheese, and meat. If you get any of these, you should be able to have normal periods.
If it has been 15 days since your period should have started, you also should not take the pills, even if you are pregnant, because they won't reliably cause an abortion after this anyway. Then you would have taken some poisonous pills, and it won't have accomplished anything anyway.
