how do u adapt a massage if my client has cardio-vascular problems? tnks allanah x

First and foremost you need to know the specifics or details about what the cardiovascular problems are from the client's Cardiologist or physician. Then get the written approval from that physician to proceed with aromatherapy and/or what type the physician might recommend, if other than Swedish, and proceed accordingly.
Otherwise I'm not exactly sure what you mean by "adapt a massage..."
