Acrylic Nail Lifting: Is Gluing the Solution? Expert Advice

My nail tech glued the acrylic that was lifting from my natural nail.She said that was natural, For them to lift and the remedy was to glue them.She said that all the nails would eventually do this.I think she just may be wrong if what I"ve read I understood.Your expert opinion please.

You're absolutely right. It's normal for lifting to occour(not too much lifting thow) but to repair it all lifted product should be removed (either by filing or soaking off) before applying new product.
By glueing the lifted portion moist and debris might be caught inside leaving the perfect conditions for bacterial growth, besides, the bond is very weak and the nail will lift again.
