QuestionQUESTION: Can ESN rapid seal uv finishing sealer be applied directly to the natural nail? I
want to apply tips and a brush on product to my natural nails without using
acrylic or gels.
ANSWER: Hi can u tell me a bit more about ESN? where did you buy the product, im not sure if just applying a brush on product over tips will be very strong?

QUESTION: Purchased at Sally's Beauty supply. Applied on natural nails and cured under
UV lamp for 3 minutes. No not very strong, but for a novice at applying tips
it's probably better than trying to do acrylic or gels. I guess i just wanted
something temporary until my natural nail grows out long enough, then i'll
just polish and go...any suggestions? The product did not say NOT to apply
to natural nails, so i assumed it was safe enough to do.
Have had previous problems with acrylic lifting, and travel alot to mexico and
it's been difficult to find a good nail tech there, so thought i'd try it myself.
Answerhi carol, after the first question i looked the product up and found it on the Sally website, i have had no experience of using this product, but i have used various bits from sallys in the past and found them to be of poor quality. You need to first clean your nail with polish remover, then buff the surface of your natural nail with a white block as gel does not adhere to a smooth or greasy surface, after you have buffed wipe all the dust away and apply a layer of gel and cure for 3 minutes, then apply a second layer on to the already sticky layer and cure for another 3 minutes, then wipe away with a cotton pad with non acetone polish remover on it, this will remove the sticky layer of gel residue, leaving a smooth shiny layer. This is a very difficult method even for an experienced technician and u will find the other hand difficult to do. Make sure you do not get the product on your skin or in your cuticle. And yes it is ok to apply this to a natural nail without a tip on the end. Please let me know if you have any further questions. Lucky you going to mexico. safe journey x
