Spironolactone Long-Term Safety & Natural Progesterone Cream: Expert Insights

I am a 32yr female.I have been diagnosed with hirsutism and have been taking 100mg twice daily of spironolactone for approx 2years.I am concerned at the safety of this drug used long term, please comment. Also do you have any comment on natural progesterone cream?
