Understanding Medical Contraindications & Restrictions

Thanks Amber for your help on this, i still dont quiet under the contra indications bit! Is a contra indication something that is infectious, red in colour and pus looking. I cant get my head round the difference between a contra indication and a restricted contra indication! do i sound thick, i just cant get my head round it, am so confused!! Thanks for help and sorry to sound dumb!!

This is a subject that is easily misunderstood, don't feel thick here's the gist.
a contra indication is at your discretion, anything you feel is questionable.
A restricted contra indication is or could be infectious.Performing any service would be a no no!


Easy way to follow is if you have doubt refer the client to a doctor
never take a chance this is your health we are talking about too.

For pedicures have your clients fill out a questionnaire this way you can get some background on file.
