Achieving Long-Lasting Acrylic Nails: Tips & Troubleshooting

Question
QUESTION: Okay,I am new for nail. I am learning how to do acrylic nail . one question is that how to finish acrylic nail pink&white well . I used OPI UV gel as like top coat to finish but  the shine on acrylic nails only last last 2-3 days . And I am using EzFlow system .
The other question is the pink seems becoming thinner after a few days .
Thank you very much!

ANSWER: Mei,
Practice is really the only way to get your nails to look good.
You need to find a good UV gel top coat, like from Entity or Young Nails. These products stay on the nails and stay shiny for two weeks or longer.
If you are using the EZ Flow products, you should finish with theirs instead of the OPI or one of the two I mentioned. I do not use OPI, so I do not know what their gel top coat is like.
I am not sure what you mean by the pink becoming thinner after a few days. In the pot or on the nails?
Practice, practice, practice!!

QUESTION: Thanks so much for reply .
Entity or Young Nails,I just figure them out .
I use EzFlow and OPI because my school covers these two brands ,and the teacher doesn't have experiences in salon .I did not know all these.
My another question about pink color would lose color after a few days . what do you think what I do would make pink lose ? I mean not pink anymore after a few days . As soon as I finish they really look very very nice . please help me one more .Thanks !
Yes I do practice. thanks !

Answer
Mei,
I answered this yesterday, but see it did not post.
Okay-- it may be that your powders are old and are not holding the colors. Or the monomer may be old.
If your teacher has no experience with nails, you should have a teacher who does.
If you let me know where you are, I can see if I can find a mentor for you. Look around for one. You sound like you really want to do good nails and a mentor would help you accomplish that.
buenos dias,
