Understanding & Reducing Hereditary Under Eye Bags | Causes & Solutions

HI.
Im fifteen years old and I inherited bags under my eyes. It makes me so insecure because I feel that Im to young to look so tired all the time. Is there any way I can reduce the size of the bags under my eyes?

Both Garnier & Clinique have an Eye Roller product that works like a roll-on deodorant to reduce puffiness around the eyes.  I've heard both products are excellent and really do the job.  You can find Garnier on-line or at any drugstore.  You can find Clinique products on-line or in any major department store with a cosmetics counter.
