I'm male. How can I get rid of eye bags?

if you are talking about the saggy skin under the eyes...  some of it may be reversible if it is caused by excess drinking, not sleeping, etc.  But the majority if "eye bags" are a result of aging and excess skin and best treated with plastic surgery.  That is a relatively easy procedure that isn't that expensive.
