Will This Foundation Cause Breakouts? Ingredient Analysis for Sensitive Skin

ok i wanted to try this foundation but i have sensitive skin that breaks out so i need to know any of these ingredients are bad for my skin, will break me out, or irritate it

Water (Aqua Purificata) Purified, Cyclopentasiloxane, Hydrogenated Polyisobutene, Butylene Glycol, PVP/Hexadecene Copolymer, Polyglyceryl-3 Diisostearate, Ethylhexyl Hydroxystearate, Tea-Stearate, PVP/Eicosene Copolymer, Stearic Acid, Talc, Butyl Methoxydibenzoylmethane, Citrus Aurantium Dulcis (Orange) Oil, Santalum Album (Sandalwood), Tocopherol, Xanthan Gum, Dimethicone, Magnesium Aluminum Silicate, Trimethylsiloxysilicate, Ethylhexyl Methoxycinnamate, Zinc Stearate, Cetyl Alcohol, Disodium EDTA, Phenoxyethanol, Methylparaben, Propylparaben, Butylparaben

I don't see anything screaming like an irritant or bad allergen in this list except for the Ethylhexyl Methoxycinnamate. But beside the sensitivity problem. I wouldn't recommend using this foundation as it contains known cancer-promoting substances: Dimethicone and Methylparaben, Propylparaben, Butylparaben. You don't want to use anything which contains these ingredients as they're suspected to be linked with breast cancer at least.
