I had tried peeling garlic quickly once. Yes, just once, because I never peeled them again. The first time I tried peeling the cloves, all I could do was struggle with the garlic skin and quit in defeat.

A Simple Garlic Peeling Process:

All you need is two large steel bowls and garlic cloves which you want to peel.

  • Put all the unpeeled cloves into one of the bowls.
  • Overturn the other bowl over the first one, the rims of both the bowls over each other.
  • Hold both the rims of the bowls tightly, using your hands, and shake vigorously. Shake for about twenty seconds.
  • Once done keep the bowls down and separate them.

There you have! Neatly peeled garlic cloves and no burned fingers! Garlic peeling was never this easy before right?
