Good question. Until yesterday, I didn't think about it. Now, I did my homework and here's what I figured out.
Diacylglycerol is a new cooking and salad oil recently introduced in the United States. The special feature of Diacylglycerol oil is that it after its intake, less fat is stored in the body.
