AnswerQuick question and a good one! The stalks are richer in calcium, but the florets are higher in vitamins. I chop it up and mix it up hoping they'll try all the parts, but to be honest, they only eat it when they're in the mood and usually they prefer just the tops. That's fine - it's ALL good :)
