hi im looking to lose weight through proper excersize and diet and tone my body up and become physically fit like i was in my early teens, but i have a lack of control over what i eat i have a poor sleep pattern as well :( .
at the moment im not fat but the way im going i will be soon.

so i really want to somehow be internally motivated to bring myself to be very fit. i want to look back myself when i will be 40 or 50 that ..yeah i was fit as hell when i was a young dude. im gonna be 20 and i don't wanna spend my 20's unfit and outta shape!

so please can you help me?

Hi Hassan - here's how to develop motivation to exericse.

It may help you to put up some pictures of yourself with the body you'd like on places like your mirrors so that you can be visually reminded often.  It also helps to start off small rather than starting with too much to soon and then giving up.  So start off small with something that is manageable both mentally and physically because that ways it's easier to do and then just increase it incrementally.
