Will this test work after 10 years? I had roux en y may 2001. I lost 150 lbs. after 3 - 4 years I began gaining weight back.

Hi Mary:

Give it a try.  It's only 5 days. :)  If it's been 6-7 years since you started gaining weight back, you may need a revision if you've gained back a lot.  Another thing to try would be either Weight Watchers or NutriSystem.  Even though your pouch has stretched, it should still be easier for you to stick to a diet than it was pre-surgery.  Both should have New Year's specials going on.  I've heard a lot of positive feedback regarding the new Weight Watcher's program.
