Citrine Restoration: Reshaping for Brilliance & Cost Estimate

Question
I have an 18 carat one stone citrine that has lost it's brilliance after my fiancee wore it constantly.  I was told that to restore it's luster that it would need to have the surfaces reshaved. Is this true and how much ( approximately ) would it cost?  Everything appears to be ok - it is surrounded by two carts of diamonds and all are intact.

Answer
Hi Tom,

Yes I re-polish stones all the time.  It would have to be removed from the mounting by a jeweler.  Then if you want send it to me for repolishing or someone like me who does this type of work.  It would cost 45.00 plus shipping.
