Essential Equipment for Semi-Precious Stone Pendants: A Beginner's Guide

I am new to the lapidary field and would like to know what equipment I need to make pendants using primarily semi precious stones. For the mountings I will be concentrating on using silver and copper, possibly gold. I have a basic idea of the equipment I will need for making the cabs but if you have any input it would be appreciated.

Hello...I do not do any cabbing but you should Google Rio Grande catalog from Alberquerge New Mexico...they sell all this equipment (you may want to cincider used as well)...call them and tell them what you want to do and they should connect you to one of their experts in this firld..
