Value of 18k Italian Gold Herringbone Necklace (1.2 oz)

  I have an Italian, 18k(has 750 on clasp) gold herringbone necklace that is 1.2 oz.  Can you give me an idea as to it's value?

depending on the world gold market which has dropped today to approx. 890/ ounce your 1.2 oz necklace is worth 500-600.00 and you should be able to sell it to a cash for gold buyer, only deal with local jewelers and you wont get taken advantage. Now lets make sure that you really meant 1.2 OUNCES and not 1.2 GRAMS or 1.2 DWT let me know
