Understanding the VIC Ring Stamp: White Gold Identification & Gemstone Info

Hi Bill & Sally,
I have been given a 5 stone ring that I am informed, is white gold however I have never seen a - VIC - stamp before, is there any such thing ?
It also has 3 small amethysts and 2 small diamonds ? on it.
There are no other markings

Hello Margaret and thank you for your inquiry. The "VIC" mark is not familiar to me, however it could be a manufacturer mark or design code. I did not find it listed in any of my resources.
