Right-Side Pain, Weight Gain & Other Symptoms: Possible Causes & Next Steps

I have had a pain in my right side, parrell to my belly button, radiates to the back for 5 days now. Hurts when I push on my pelvic area on right side.  Recently i have had unexplained weight gain, bloating in my abdomen, clotting periods, indigestion, constipation. I feel fatigue off and on along with headaches.  What could this be?

well you have alot of symptoms,i suggest you see your doctor,this could be something simple,or serious,i am not sure;

on your right side,is your appendix,and this could be the problem. maybe it is imflamed and if this is the case,you would need prompt treatment.
