QuestionQUESTION: I need help. I just can't seem to stay with workout plan. I'm 5'3 and weight about 168 and wear size 12 in pants. I just get so bored with workout or don't seem to have allot of time either or where to start. main problem is stomach but I do want body in shape. I have one of those workout balls and yoga tape and Pilate tapes. I thought about taking slim quick to help me. I don't want to lose allot of weight. Just taking diet pills make me nerves recalls and side effect

It's important to find exercise that you like. You don't have to follow a program in a gym. You could take a class at a gym (most gyms offer a huge variety of classes). You could possibly join a team if there are local teams near you (volley ball, softball, etc.). I don't know about what it's like where you live, but you could try roller blading, hiking, swimming, rowing, skiing, biking, tennis, brisk walking, and so on. Be creative! Just try to find something you like that keeps you working for at least half an hour 5 days a week. Everyone has types of exercise they like and dislike. Fortunately there are many different ways to exercise, so you can be creative and find something fun.
I would not recommend trying any diet supplements. Usually they don't work well. If they do work it's only a quick fix, and most people gain the weight right back.

AnswerI understand, my town only has a few hundred people. You can still try some of my other suggestions. You can also try a variety of exercise videos to find some you like. You may also want to look for online fitness forums where you can chat with others with the same goals on a daily basis.
