QuestionHi, I don't eat veg or salads and need to lose weight please can you help direct me to correct foods to eat and where I can get some recipes I don't like spices or pepper either, as I am so fussy it is so hard to know what to do and I want to start eating healthily and stay that way, many thanks x

You might consider trying just a bite of veggies here and there. Many times adults aren't as opposed to the taste of vegetables as they were when they were kids.
Consider reducing your portion sizes, and reducing (or eliminating) empty calories like sweets, fried foods, soda, and alcohol.
