But I discovered it after we had relaxed after sex. I freaked out... worse than my girlfriend. Her period actualy starts like clock work on he 12th of every month. We had sex last night (12/07/05). Im only 20 and just starting my life. Im sooo scared : ' (. I dont want to be a dad yet... I cant wait for the day but I wont be able to achieve my goals to support what I want in the future if this happens. What scares me more is that I am technically in the same boat as my parents were. Mom was 20, dad was 21. Their condom broke and out popped me. 20 years later I am in their footsteps! Please give me closure because I cant think straight and my head hurts and my heart literally aches from all the stress and anxiety. Im sorry for the long note.

AnswerWhen was the first day of your girlfriend's last period (in November)? If she has a normal cycle, ovulation occurs on cycle day #14 and she can ONLY become pregnant if you have sex on cycle day #13, 14,1 5, or 16. You cannot become pregnant five days before she gets her next period, using a condom or not. Even if the condom tore, she could not have conceived on that day. Don't worry. Condoms are very fragile and you have to make sure that she is lubricating well. If not, use some KY Jelly for lubrication and to help prevent the condom from tearing.
