HCG Levels in Pregnancy at 12 Weeks: Accuracy & Detection

Do all women that are having a healthy viable pregnancy have detectable levels of HCG in thier urine at 12 weeks for thier LMP that can be detected with a HPT rated at 50IU/MG

At this stage if a HPT is done properly how accurate are the results, is a negitive result obtained 3 time on 3 consecutive days 100%

Yes, a pregnancy at 12 weeks should have hcg levels higher than 50 mIU in their urine.

The HPT's are pretty accurate.  If you've had three negative tests in three days either you're not doing the test correctly or you're not currently pregnant.  I would call your doctor to have a pregnancy test in his/her office.
