QuestionThe first day of my last period is april 13th. I had intercourse with my boyfriend on april 29, he didn't ejaculate inside me but I know that this is not a good way to prevent pregnancy. My period is 5 days late but I'm not exhibiting any of the early signs of pregnancy. Is it too early for the symptoms? Is there a good chance that I am pregnant?

Sounds like irregularity to me, if your cycle is very normal then you probably JUST dodged a bullet. You should have ovulated around day 10-13 which would have been April 23-26. You are right, him pulling out is not good birth control but it should lower your chances, I would think.
Not to scare you but not everyone shows signs of early pregnancy. It is not too early for symptoms. Just to ease your mind you should get a home pregnancy test and check. I doubt you are pregnant, but you never know. Is there a good chance you are pregnant? No. The odds are on your side. But there still is a slim chance, so you should check into it.
If you dont get your period soon I would call the doctor and have them see you, there are pills and shots they can give to help bring it on and regulate it.
