the sono was taken within 1-2 monthes of conception so how much could they relly tell at that point?

AnswerAt 8 weeeks from the date of conception, the fetus in only 10 weeks pregnant. That sonogram is used to assessn nuchal cord transluscency (test for Down Syndrome) and the size of the baby. Anatomic assessment of the baby is not done by sonogram until 20 weeks.
