Answer
Audrey,

Has anyone been sick in your house?  You may just have a bug, or you might be experiencing what we call hyperemesis, which is consant "morning sickness" in pregnancy.  The most important thing for you to keep in mind is that if you can't keep any fluids down, you may get dehydrated.  If that happens, you need to go to the hospital and get fluids.  Dehydration causes uterine contractions.  Your doctor can put you on some medication for nausea called Zofran or Phenergan.  Both are completely safe to use in pregnancy.  I think you should let your doctor know what you are experiencing so he can help you.  You don't wan to end up in the hospital if you don't have to.  I hope this helps and I hope you feel better.  Good luck and let me know if you have any more questions.
