is there any special things to do if u pass ur due date.my due date was 11 sep and baby head is only 2/5 down. is there anything in eating habbits or exercises that can help me to go into labour.wait for ur reply

Hi,

Some women need some help going into labor for whatever reason.  Your pregnancy should not go past 41 weeks because the placenta becomes "old" and your amniotic fluid usually decreases.  There isn't much you can do to "speed" things along.  You can try nipple stimulation and walking.  That's about it.
