Pregnancy Cramps & Back Pain: What Could It Be?

I am twelve weeks along, and suffering from alot of pain from severe cramping and lower back pain, but no bleeding...i had endometriosis, and i have some liquid pooled behind my uterus...i have been to the hospital twice but they dont know what is causing pain...by the way i also have a retroverted uterus...anyone else have this pain?

This is not something that I can answer via forums unfortunately. This is something that only an OB would be able to answer. Given your predisposition to a high risk pregnancy with complications, it makes it more complex. Pain, cramping and lower back pain are all markers for the onset of labor and or miscarriage as well as several other complications. Please do consult with your OB and be patient. Should you have any bleeding at all, please contact your doctor immediately.
