Questioni am about 4 weeks pregnant, and i am concerned because before i was aware of my pregnancy, i used crystal methamphetamine on 2 separate occasions and on one of those occasions i also consumed alcohol. i need to know if this will/ has affected my fetus, and if so how, and also if there is any way i could know for sure before i continue the pregnancy. when i found out the news, i quit everything but i am still worried. thanks for your time.

There is no way to know whether you caused damage to the fetus. I did not know that you could have truly only used crystal meth twice, because the first time you use it, you become addicted to it. I think you need to do what is right for you and your unborn baby. If you are not ready for a baby, there are many options for you out there. You should see an OB doctor now and start some prenatal care right away. Good luck!
