Early Pregnancy Signs & Spotting: What to Do?

Hi, My name is destiny I am 19 and I've already had 1 kid, so I kinda know what the signs of pregnancy are. I had unprotected sex, but my husband pulled out, and after that my period came about 5 days early, lasted 1 day, and now my period isn't due back till around the 30th of this month. But this is the 10th and I noticed some very bright pink spotting. The spotting has stopped so far. A few days ago I was having some sharp pains in my ovaries, but that only lasted a day. I've been feeling some fullness or pressure in the area under my navel. I have also taken 2 home pregnancy tests and both was a negative result. Could you please give me some insight on this. I would be very much concerned to exclude ectopic pregnancy. There is no typical manifestations to diagnose ectopic; however, it is commonly associated with unusual menstrual pattern and lower abdominal pain in 1 or both sides.

Because of the serious sequelae of ectopic pregnancies, I would urge you to seek clinical examination and determination of your B-hCG level in blood together with vaginal ultrasound. It is important to be aware that home pregnancy test are not so sensitive to detect small amounts of hCG in your urine or if you are 2 early in pregnancy as can be in cases of ectopic.
