Understanding Low Progesterone Levels with Clomid - Fertility Support

Hello i have been on Clomid for three cycles and the first cycle i had a chemical pregnancy wich I lost i just got my progesterone levels checked on day 19 of my cycle and it was a 2.5 what do you think is that ok or low and what other steps can i take to get pregnant if the clomid is not working

Dear Lisa

The doses of clomid can be stepped up in next cycles under close monitoring for follicular growth and estradiol level. There are other options that can be used if clomid failure occurs such as the addition of pregnyl, HMG, FSH and othes.

You have to consult ypour caring physician to select the best for you.
