My first pregnancy was healthy and fine 11/2006
My second pregnancy was a miscarriage 10/07
My third pregnancy I have placenta previa and had to have a c-section

Ok so heres my story/ question...
I have very regular periods every 29 to 30 days. My last period was
10/31/2010. But on november 18,19 and 20 (only happened one time each
day) wen I wiped there was blood and a blood clot. Then that was it
nothing else my period was suppose to be here Sunday/Monday it same
sunday morning but was only a little when I wiped since then it's only old
blood ( brown) and only when I wipe. I dont even need a pad. I took a
pregnancy test Monday morning (11/29/2010) with first morning pee and it
was a bfn ( big fat negative).
I am almost always regular.
I am over weight.
I am NOT on birth control.
My husband and I do have unprotected sex
Could this be just normal? I am having slight period cramps nothing bas
though. Whats going one what could this be? I would go to my obgyn but
my ins doesn't not cover it until January 2011.

I would recommend a clinical and vaginal sonographic examination as early as you can. Although nothing looks serious in your complaint, it is essential to be aware that the first sign that raises clinical suspicion for ectopic is atypical menstrual cycle. Ectopic pregnancy is a condition that may have serious consequences if diagnosed late.
Definitely at 4 weeks, it may be difficult to make a proper diagnosis as this needs experienced sonographer and a machine with high resolution. Therefore a clinical examination and possible hCG level determination together with the ultrasound examination, at this early stage, would be of great help.
