Progesterone Cream & Letrozole for Fertility: A Doctor's Response

Dear Dr. Ramirez,

I am a 31 yrs old female with PCOD.Iam TTC for past 6 yrs. My Obgyn recently put me on Letrozole cycle and I ovulated after the injection Fertigyn.My Obgyn has prescribed Susten - vaginal insertion tablets. Is it okay if I also use topical bioidentical progesterone cream(Progonol)along with the progesterone prescribed by my doctor to better help conception.

Yes.  Extra progesterone will not be detrimental and could potentially help with implantation.
