Dear Doctor, i need your opinion concerning my husband spermograme that we did before ivf.
Concentration: 50Million/ml

PH:8

 - Progressive: 30%

Answer
Hello Rachelle from Lebanon,

You left out one parameter that we usually check, which is the Morphology or number of normally formed sperm.  The other parameters given (count and motility) are within normal limits, so if the morphology were at least 30%, then then semen analysis would be considered normal.

Good Luck,
