i would like to know if you were alcoholism before and almost more than a year now you stopped..would it still affect to the sperm? Does medicine for high pressure does affect too?

If you have been off the alcohol for one year,then it would not longer be relevant and the sperm production should be back to normal. In men, sperm are being constantly made so as long as there is no permanent damage, such as radiation or disease, then it replenishes itself.
Some anti-hypertensive medications can reduce sperm production, as well as, cause erectile dysfunction.
