Pelvic Ultrasound Report Analysis & Fertility Insights

Hi,
   I am divya from india.I have recently done pelvis ultrsound.
I had 4 years old son and we are planning to have second child.
can u see my report and tell me position of body for concieve

Uterus measured :7.7X4.0X4.5 cms
Anterveted midline uterus with coarse ecotexture.
10mm Endometrium.
Right ovary Measured 3.4X2.0X2.7cms
Left ovary Measured 3.9x1.8x2.3cms
Both ovaries have multiple small follicle typical Of PCO
Right adnexa appeared normal
Left adnexa appeared normal
No free fluid in the POD

Impression
Anteverted mid line uterus with 10mm Endometrium with bilateral PCO
