Cellular Dermatofibroma: Margin Concerns & Next Steps - Expert Advice

i had a lesion on right breast skin.. i excised it and got report of margins not clear and diagnosis as cellular dermatofibroma. with cd34 and s100 immuno stains negative... after month of excision there is ill defined echogenic srtucture at the same place so my doctor adviced me to re excise it and again test it...anything to worry now?? and previous report was fine??
