Hard & Painful Belly Button: Causes & Home Care

It was very weird. Yesterday I suddenly noticed something wrong with my belly button.
It is very very hard. When I touched it, it feeled painful, otherwise I feel nothing. And whats more there are a few rashes below my bellow button.Whats wrong with me and how can I aid myself.

You can get a little infection in the belly button.  Usually, it is just on the surface skin and doesn't require antibiotic pills.  I would suggest careful cleaning, make sure there is no junk trapped in the folds in the belly button, then put some neosporin in it and it should get better in about 3-5 days.  If not, off to the doctor...
