Persistent Knee, Ankle & Wrist Pain: Potential Causes & Concerns

Question
What could cause my knees,ankles and wrists
to ache all the time.
It is not sharp pain they just ache constantly.
If I am writing for a while then my writis start to feel weak and I have to stop.
If I am kneeling on floor and when I try and get up my knees ache and feel real weak.
Any ideas.

The list is long and depends on your age, wieght, level of activity, and other medical issues.  Usually with multiple joints in both limbs I would be initially concerned about a rheumatological disorder like rheumatoid arthritis.  However, this is not as common as other types of arthritis, and is diagnosed by exam, blood tests, and xrays.
