when xenical should be eaten?..after meal?with meal?before meal?..excat time pl..
2 ............                                       -one arthritis patient get joint pain because he does not get require oil due to xenical treatment..does he stop xenical treatment?

Mr. India,

Xenical is a very bad idea.  The drug should never had been approved for use.  I NEVER prescribe this drug and encourage as many people I know to avoid it for several reasons.

It ultimately does not work.  It prevents absorption of essential fatty acids, it prevents the absorption of fat soluable vitamins, it is uncomfortable when fats are eaten.  For more on the importance of fats in the diet, refer to Dr. Barry Sears work on the subject.
