Germ Transmission Concerns: What to Know After Sharing Personal Items

Hello, I am a bit paranoid on germs.  Recently we had a female guest in our house. She has been gone about two weeks or so.
Today I used some of my "female" cream that I use for irritation, I squirted the first bit out and wiped it on tissue before using it.
My question is, for some reason if the girl that was at my house used it, (I don't know why she would of, but let's just assume)could I catch anything?  Now that I have used it I am worried.
Also, if you get a hair cut and they nick your year can you catch anything?

Also, if you get a hair cut and they nick your year can you catch anything? Not usually but I would recommend washing your hair with head and shoulders after each hair cut to be safer. OK?
