DOC I HAVE SWOLEN INSIDE MY MOUTH LEFT CHECK IT GIVES ME HEADACHES, LASTNIGHT MY EYES WERE BURNING . IT HURTS WHEN I BRUSH MY TEETH ,WHAT IS THIS DOCTOR. WHAT COULD OF PREVENT IT

This could be a few  things. Unfortunately, your description is not very clear.
A dental abscess or inflammation of a salivary gland come to mind first.
I can't tell you how you could have prevented it without knowing for sure what the cause is. I think it would be a good idea to see your doctor for an exam and treatment if it bothers you this much.
