Transitioning from Pediatrician to Family Doctor: A Guide

I feel I am too old to continue going to my pediatrician. What is the name of the type of doctor i would look for, if I just want a physical. Also how would I go about finding one in my area?

Pediatric patients should start to look for a Family Practitioner at age 13. You can look in the phone book or sometimes hospitals have a "doctor finder service". If you are a minor, and I assume that you are, your parents have to be involved in order for you to get any examinations or treatment at all.
